Every year Surprise Christian Church works with local schools and ministries to collect backpacks and school supplies for students in need. Help gives students the boost they need to start off the school year right.

This year we are collecting school supplies for kids at the Dysart Community Center. Last year, we blew away our previous goal and this year we have been asked to blow away last year's goal. We are confident that our church is capable of reaching this goal of collecting 210 backpacks for this year's goal. We will be collecting supplies now through July 23rd. All supplies donated along with supplies included in donated backpacks will be grouped together before our Backpack Assembly Day on July 23rd. After the 11:00 service on July 23rd, we will be assembling backpacks with all of the supplies requested below. If you are donating items separate from backpacks, please look below to see which items are still needed.

• 1 Box - Pencil Box/Case
• 1 Pack - Pencils (Max 24 ct.)
• 1 Pack - Highlighters (3-5 Markers)
• 1 Pack - Pens (Max 10 ct.)
• 1 - Eraser
• 1 - Ruler
• 1 Pack - Filler Paper (Max 150 ct.)
• 2 Folders - Pocket Folders
• 1 Binder - 1.5” 3-Ring Binder
• 1 Pouch - Tissues (Travel/Pouch)

Please bring items during regular service times now until July 23rd.
