Preschool April Week 1 - Jesus Overcame Death

Hello SCC Preschool and Kinder friends!

Happy Easter!!! Did you find any fun Easter surprises?! Did you have an egg hunt? Sometimes finding eggs can be hard but it's worth it because you get fun prizes at the end! It's just like climbing a mountain, it can be difficult and a little scary sometimes but it is totally worth it when you get to the top! This month of April we are talking about exactly that! Our theme this month is called, Rise Up! Hey! That's just like how Jesus Rose Up on Easter! Jesus had to climb a scary and difficult mountain where he ended up dying. But on the third day, on Easter, Jesus overcame death and was risen! Jesus did this to save us all. That is why we celebrate Easter!
